Quotes & estimates
Prices shown on this site (load-based rates and the light-demolition range) are guides. Your actual price is the quote we give you for your specific job, which we confirm before any work begins. Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
Scheduling & service
Same-day and next-day service is offered when available and is not guaranteed. We'll always tell you the soonest slot when you contact us. We reserve the right to decline any job — for example, hazardous materials we can't legally handle.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the items to be removed are yours to dispose of and that our crew can safely access them. Let us know up front about anything unusual — stairs, tight access, or materials that need special handling.
